It's been outside on the ground but not realy coverd except for a cloth. I dunno it could already be inside but I would have to call the guy. But everytime I call him he is never home so it's like a win lose situation. I'll try to contact him today. Then if I do I'll get some serious question and answering going on. But I will let you gus know what happens.

You're almost to the point where I'd say to pull the heads and take a look. If the cyl walls look ok, you're only out some gaskets and some time. If they need honed, well, you've already got a good start on tearing down the engine. And if it needs to be thrown away, you have several smaller parts that are easier to throw into the dumpster than one big one.

 

Basicly this is turning out to be a project that either needs to be abandoned or needs to have a whole nother engine takin into consideration ?

Ok, as of today it's no biggy. My moms b/f is going to look at a pickup with running 302 and tranny tommorow. He said he will let me know how that goes and everything. If he gets it I get both the 302 and a kickin tranny too but as of right now I can't say much because nothing is for sure. I gotta wait till the truck goes through. The thing is if I want the 351 modified I can get it too but he doesn't know if it will fit in the pony let alone if it is worth the effort. can you guys help me out any ?
