Angry Strange issue need help

okay so i been trying to track down this issue in my 95 mustang GT for a few months now , the problem was/is that after i drive ....scratch that after i toy around in my car for what was about an hour one day she died .... stumped me as she had never shown any signs of issues and she refused to start back up. about 30 min later she fires up with no issue , so i go about finding small other issues and eventualy replacing alot of origonal parts (cars at 193k + and ... till this ran strong). Cap , rotor , wires , plugs , remanned Dizzy , CCRM , the POS module on the pass wheel well , Temp sensor , TPS and Iac motor and Coil pack are all new. So im driving normal yesterday for about 10 min no rough riding nothing even moderatly fast and she falls flat on her face and dies on me , but refused to start till this morning. At the shop i finaly got her to stall again and we found she has no spark my mechanic is sure its the ECU cutting out (he thinks the board is bad) but im having an issue finding any place that sells these and im also not sure its the ECU.

If anyone knows what the issue might be due to having it urself please let me knopw Or if anyone is in the south tampa area that has a 94-95 ECU for a 5.0 ho mustang manual trans thats willing to let me make my car Fail swap ECU just to she if she starts then u get ur ECU back for $20 let me know , willing to drive to you ...as long as your not more than 10 min away (since my cars more than likely gonna die b4 then) text 813-952-0060 names Chris and yes i know this is an odd post with Crap Grammer.

Honestly, the issues you are describing can come from a bad ECU. I am not sure if there is any difference between your car and fox bodies. On the computer itself, will be the code for that ECU. What code is on the one you have?
I have bought re-man brains from Napa (and Discount Auto). If they don't have one in stock, they can usually get me on in a day. I keep a spare in my garage, just for trouble shooting.
