Default door hinge mounting plates

one of my door hinge bolts broke off on my 85 stang and I looked in and the plate is pretty rusty, so after looking online for a long time I finally found replacements and they are on the way, my question is does anyone know how to get the old ones out? is it inside the car behind the dash? if so anyone know the easiest way to get them out? I shined a flashlight in the hole but couldn't see any light inside.

I looked at mine (the door is off) and I'm not real sure how to do it either, you could ask the guy you bought them from, hopefully he doesn't respond with ""Use a sawzall".
