I just picked up a 2000 ranger xlt 4cyl 5spd for work(200 miles round trip), no power options, no tilt and no cruise. I am wanting to add tilt and cruise..anyone know where I can pick up a good condition steering column with tilt?? Then I can get a kit from ford for the cruise..

OR recommend a great aftermarket cruise control kit? I was looking at the Rostra kit or the The Cruise Control Store kit...both about $250..thanks

Aftermarket cruise control units are trash. Go OE or don't get it at all. My question is, how did you get an XLT with no options? lol

 

True and yeah, all of my XLTs were pretty loaded out.

 

thats what i thought too..i got a great deal on this truck..2000 with only 66k miles for $5500 otd from walker ford(know one of the owners)..just needed it strictly for MPG/highway driving..its titled as an xlt..the badges say xlt..yet, no power windows, locks,mirrors,tilt, or cruise..lol
