mark- i'd go with a chip for 3 reasons....

1> cheaper----

2> someone who knows what they are doing tunes it.....

3> you don't need an eec tuner unless your changing your combo constantly.... if you just slap on a few mor mods and a blower... get it tuned and be done with it...

JMS flip chip $310--

and if you dont like the program they'll change it for free the first time and it is only $90 to change it after that....

EEC tuners --- $1000-$1500

and you still need someone who knows the system well---or BOOM!

LOL! They still make carburated engines!

I didn't think that the EEC/TwEEcer were that much. I guess I'll go with a chip for now. I don't think I'll be putting on that much more mods. -Mark

hell, for $1500 you could get a used race pack and monitor bank to bank, EGT per cyl, etc.
