recomend a tuner
I use Brian all the time for my tuning, I trust no one else, however, as I have moved away from the Tampa St. Pete area I don't run into him as often to do the boring, mundane things like change the ECM to accommodate gearing changes. So, instead of driving him nuts by calling him, and driving me nuts by having the wrong speed indicated on my dash, I think I will finally bite and get a tuner.
So..

you can pick up nice used unlocked SCT Xcal 2 and 3's online for about $150-$250
