man I have been puking and shitting my brains out..I got some shizzle to smizzle..but when I get this sick..........I don't even want to shizzle my snizzle.....I have had a virus for 4 days today...

I can't eat...today = bowl of rice crispies
yesterday menu = gatorade and 6 saltines...

sux bad..

I got some shit from the doc..but it didn't kick in yet..

and some throw up stop meds...
