Default Ticking noise after upper intake replacement

Hey guys,
2001 Ford Mustang GT. Had to change the upper intake due to the thermostat housing. I guess the original owner never got the recall done that required the intake to be replaced so the plastic thermostat housing gets replaced with aluminum. Anyway, now I have this problem. I have a ticking noise and I feel like it has lost power. Any ideas?

Thanks for the reply. I see you drive a stang. Are you familiar with the PI swap on the stangs?

A vacuum leak would cause the noise in my video?

Sounds like an intake manifold leak. Looks like you have the updated manifold on the car though (the one with the aluminum coolant passage). I would look at the fuel trims and that will tell you right away without spraying flammable fluids all over your engine bay. If you must spray stuff on your engine use water in a squirt bottle. Just my .02
