Default High beam/low beam problems

Ok, these were installed before i bought the car, they are 6000k XENON headlights, no idea what brand. My lows work fine, but my highs don't. Not knowing a whole lot about vehicle lighting i figured the highs were produced by the fogs (which were stock) so i took them out, well then taking a closer look i saw a high beam bulb, and it won't light up. My father says it's a wiring issue, but i don't know how that could be.

if they are aftermarket HIDs they wont have high beams due to the fact they run off the highbeam circuit. I have an 03 gt w/ HIDs and they are the same way.. if you want high beams, they sell an HID kit that has both high and lows..
