Front and rear wheels will not turn backward?
Did you take the drive shaft off? Would the rear wheels turn backwards after that?

now im not sure... jacked it up today and i can get all wheels to move while off the ground but, not while on the ground in nuetral(though, the rear does have some resistance, like seized rotors.) it will roll forward. i have not taken the drive shaft off, will probably do that tomorrow.

im not sure. its an inherited problem, was told it made a noise just before my mom got to work but i dont know where it came from. recently in a light rear end collision. could have something to do with that but was driving alright for a while after. had the damage fixed stopped backing up a few weeks after.

From working around a body shop, I am willing to say that something is not square after the wreck. Light body damage does not mean the hit was light. The other car may have bent the axle tub or bent the control arms, pushed the frame rail (if it has one in 95), maybe the trany took some of the impact and cracked the housing. Who knows... but I hope you took it to a good body shop! All of those things should have been checked and then had the claim re-adjusted. I would tow it right back to that shop and start calling my insurance company. I am willing to bet that something is not square and that has caused your current problem...
