Default I need help with Maxi fuse 13 ???

Okay so my little 3.8 mustang has been randomly dieing for a week now and I don't know what to do. Maxi fuse 13 which is located under the hood in the engine compartment in the power distribution box keeps blowing and my car will not run at all with this fuse blown. just put a brand new fuel pump in & a brand new alternator. and it still pops? this car is a 95 Mustang by the way, it would be a huge help!! Or if anyone has ever had this problem before and knows a fix that would be even better!!! Any info would be greatly appreciated!!!!!!!!!!! Thanks in advance!!!!

I traced the wire from this fuse to the inside of the passenger fender which has a mulitifunction relay in it which controls the fuel pump and variest other things like injectors and spark as far as I know. The fuse would only blow when this relay was connected so I figured the relay itself must be bad, well after spending $100 something dollars on a new one the fuse still blows when I plug the new relay in. This leads me to believe that one of the components that the relay controls must have a short in it. The only problem is I have no idea where the wires run too and what they control

yeah thats what i was thinking because the shop down here in brooksville put the new fuel pump in. its there called complete auto care and when I bring up that i think its the fuel pump up to them they jump right away to saying its not the fuel pump its electric problem i never had any electric problem until i got my car back from them the first time. I think there playing with my head. because this isnt the first time ive been up there everytime i get my 302 or my 3.8 back from them it always has another problem pop up. but anyways thanks again for taking you time out to answer my question.
