Question '90 4cyl. EFI to V8 carb ... need advice

Pulled the 4 popper and T5 from the '90 Coupe and preparing the car for 347/T5 install.

What of the engine and ECM harness can/do we remove?
Can the air bag sensors near the radiator be removed?

What basically will we now need to clean up the wiring mess and keep the electric factory fuel pump setup? (we do have the correct MSD dizzy along with a 6AL box)

Thanks for any help ... need it.

everything coming from passenger side (ecu) grommet can go in the garbage. You only need starter, alt, coil and light from the drivers side unless you're keeping the a/c then you will need that

It all gets tossed, by removing all that stuff the only thing you'll lose is the A/C wiring but it's easily replaced!

^^^ what they said. When it comes times to wire the a/c get with me or Shaun and we will help you out. I know we both have done our fair share of carb conversions lol

Tommy, Shaun and Chris - - - I see it clearly now as I remove and un-fasten things, thanks!!!

Do I go ahead and remove the 'puter?

Can we still keep the in tank pump, if so, how does it turn on?

Off topic - Shaun, I will get pics to you today ... NOS goodies.

I'm sure there is a better way, but I ran a hot lead from the battery with a relay off the coil lead so the pump comes on and goes off with the ignition key. And I grounded the pump on the rear bumper. Basically just like setting up an electric fan,.. but feeding the fuel pump instead.
