Default Old school Ford guys, got a question.

I have an oil pan here either from what I think is an old 289 or 302 engine. Is there anywhere I can take it to find out for sure, and to match a new gasket to it? Thanks much.

There are only 2 types of pan gaskets....one for early model, 2 piece rear main seal, and one that is for 1 piece rear nain seal, covers all years

Yep,.. thats pretty much it.

The only other difference would be front or rear sump depending on what chassis it was used in.
