hmm...full exhaust (no cats), MAF conversion, pulleys, TB, Fuel, Cobra Intake (is that considered bolt-on?), short belt, gears, smog removed, Rocker arms...12.8 or 12.9 (4 years ago)...88 Hatchback.

dude i had a 90 5.0 and i got a good 15 hp .....take out the fan clutxh install an electric fan ...... then take out ur polution pump ....worked for me also check ur fan cuhz when i got mine the engine mounts were bad the the fan was rubbiong in the bottom and taking away hp .......have fun 
12.8 huh I migh have to build my 351w with the turbonator hehe>Good info tho didnt think u can do so much with just bolt ons hmm superchager coun

When you say without touching the motor what do you mean ? Do heads count ?

When my car was still EFI I got it down to 13.6 without trying really hard. I know a few of the 5.0's got into the mid 12's completely stock but those cars had some very inventive owners.
