I have a 3.9L 04 mustang. What performance mods are actually worth the value?

Jack up the radiator cap...push a Mustang 5.0 underneath it...lower radiator cap...tighten cap and enjoy.

Actually, if it is a 7.5 it will hold up OK behind the six banger, put a gear in it,(with a limited slip) an aluminum flywheel ,call Brian the Tuner Dude (EFI unlimited) for the tune. He already has a tune written for that with a 75 shot.
