I know your not talking about my car jim, because its been forever since I have dyno'd my car. But I'm running 3" X with single chamber flows... alot of people say my car sounds like a nascar at high RPM....?? Cam overlap, and compression also play a big part in the way a car sounds....

I agree with the Flowmasters make the classic mustang sound. I am running 3" dumped Dynomax Ultraflows and am not a huge fan of the sound although I get quite a few compliments. I will probably switch to the same setup with tailpipes to see how I like that in the future.

steeda exhaust sounds amazing when you get the rpms up, a little on the quiet side at idle though. i decided to run steedas with a offroad h-pipe and love it. had so many exhaust setups but never as many compliments as i get on this one

Thanks. This is the first time running dumps and it just seems like a lot of noise. It is taking forever to get the car back together after having the Super Vic modded to accept a Dominator TB and then all the supporting alterations, but once I do get it done, I want to put some tailpipes on it.
