ok, so I'm kinda bored with my Navigator it's an '04 with the 5.4 4 valve Intech motor. I am looking for a cheap way to supercharge it so I started looking around on ebay. I keep finding superchargers for Shelby's pretty cheap but I dont know if it'll bolt up. I was wondering if anyone on here knows if it will and could recommend a shop to do the install. Thanks in advance for all the help.

 

I would move this topic to Ford tech.. I believe your best bet would be a kenne bell here though.

Supercharge? lol..u dont wanna do taht bro that TRITON motor is CRAP! mine blew up, the oil pump went out and threw a rod cheapest motor i found sat for a year and was $2400.00 plus i had to buy new waterpump/seals/gaskets /fluids etc.. DONT DO IT IT WONT HANDLE IT !!!

I have a buddy running a Procharger kit on a F-150 super crew.. with the 5.4...

Truck has been running forever with the charger.. I think it has over 150,xxx miles on it now..

only problem I ever seen him have with it is killing transmissions... motor is still running strong and hard..

Also, might be able to use Lightning parts...you know, the 5.4 engine that came stock supercharged?
