Arrow question!!

i was wondering if i could fit a Victor Jr. carbureted manifold for 4.6L Ford SOHC F150 #2838 with fuel injection

i read about the same engine but with PI heads and other things added
so i just wanna know if it fits my 4.6l f150 without doing the PI heads swap

anyone know about this??

yes, just use PI intake gaskets and place silicone around the water jacket openings

Not sure what you are asking??? Do you have a link to the intake?

there IS more involved than just slapping the intake on.

It WILL bolt up to NPI heads doing what i stated above though.

Are you staying Fuel Injected or are you converting to Carb?

if staying fuel injected you will need an adapter plate and a mustang upper intake/throttlebody or a sheetmetal elbow. Along with throttle cable modifications.

Unless you plan on turing your motor past 7,000 rpms this intake is a waste of money IMO

any particular reason for swapping?

reason
because i want more power
and i also heard these motors can gain up to 400hp
and right now i dont think it has over 288hp, which it isnt that bad for a 97

but i really would like bringing out that beast under the hood
i mean, who doesnt want more power in their car? lol

swap in a 5.4

the victor jr is only good if you have forced induction or spin past 7000rpms.

pretty sure vortech makes a kit for your truck, try looking into that?
