Default cooling problems

Hey guys, I'm running a 5.4 swap in my 2000 gt and it's been having an issue with mysteriously vanishing coolant/water for a while now, and it's only getting worse. I've had both intake gaskets (due to adapters for the 4.6 intake) replaced, along with my resevoir and cap, which seemed to have helped for a bit, but my luck is running out as I think my intake may be cracked now. I have to put a good amount of coolant and water in the car before each time I drive it, and usually I come to find a big puddle of coolant on the ground under my car. Compression test read perfect across the board. I'm gonna do a leakdown test soon, but in the mean time, does anyone know that might be going on? If I could just find the source of this mess I could fix it. Oh and now its doing this thing where it'll pour water vapor out the exhaust at idle, even after I've been driving for a good while in 70-some degree weather.
