Key On Engine Off....

Key On Engine Running.... 2 main tests techs use to scan a vehicle....

Make sure the battery is disconnected for 10 minutes to reset the ECU.

My friend had a 97 GT with a BBK 70mm TB on it and it always idled a little higher than stock. Right around 750-800 rpm or so. Even with the screw backed all the way out thats what it would idle at. Never at 1100 rpm though.
