After tightening these down, I went to the local parts store and picked up a whole new set. I'll be throwing them on on Sunday. Better to replace them all at once, I figure. Thanks again for the tip.

I've been told that they have different port heights. But it's what I've been told. I have no idea if it's true or not. I don't think so as I'm running carb heads on my FI car, and FI heads on my carbed car. They both get kinda warm though. LOL

^ ha ha Never know until you ask. I've only ever owned like 6 fox's and only two SN-95's. I've never replaced a fox radiator, and this is the first time I've seen something so stupid in my life when it comes to radiators. Ford actually uses the exact same single core radiator in their high performance V-8, as they did in their V-6. It's barely enough cooling capacity in the V-6, and then to put it into a V-8 car? Stupid. Can't wait till I get my new radiator. I'm ordering one off Ebay. (Not a used one) :fu:

Have you checked Advanced? They are local and have a warranty if you have an issue. The stock one cooled your car up till recently, right?

Yeah, but I would rather have too much, than just barely enough. Know what I mean? I don't ever want to have to wonder if the radiator is the issue, if it has cooling issues, again.

I worked for Discount when I was younger... You can buy the thicker rad's through them. Tell em to look in their KEYSTONE book. You get the same warranty.

Yep...I'm from Washington State. We didn't even have Advance Auto there. And Pep boys came, and then left fairly quickly in the area I was in. LOL We had Checker/Schucks/Kragen, B&B autoparts, and some other place I can't remember. With Discount changing in the last couple years, that would explain why I don't know who they are. I only arrived in Florida 3 and 1/2 years ago. Until this year, my wife wanted to go back....Then we went back to Wa to visit (and for me to test for my next belt rank) and she said she was done with Washington state now. LOL Oh well...So Advance is the same as Discount then?
