ive always lived by the sayin "shit happens"...i dont dwell on the present problems that are happening. i just try to find a solution. i havent contacted the shop nor do i plan to. im not trying to exploit the possibilty of someones mistake (if there was even one)...all i paid for this problem was 16$ (helped by autozones rewarrd card). its been out of their shop for at lest 5 months and i dont hold anyone responsible. like i said shit happens...as far making mistakes were all human everyone makes mistakes, but like i said no one knows the truth and to just go by a speculation is not fair.

Well.....being the stand up shop owner that I am. I am by no means affraid to hide behind anything.

I did the gear install. And Timmons is right it was about 5 months ago.

I can promise you there was loctite used on the bolts (always have always will) and they where torqued down to factory specs (77 ft lbs)

I have down countless gear swaps and I have never even had one bolt back out on me let alone all of them! There deffitnally seems to be a fluke here.

But call me ASAP! I will make stuff right. I will even open it back up and go through everything to make sure nothing else is damaged free of charge (check bearings, backlash, etc)

I am compleletly clueless as to why this would of happened.

PS: you should of never towed it to your house.....you should of towed it directly to me! I would of done you right!
