I agree what kinda shot do you run and is your bottom end built or what cuz I was wanting to throw a bottle on this thing but I need to tune what I have first, Its always breaking up on the top end and at the moment I can t afford a tweecer and I am looking in to that horse thing that other guy was talking about...... I ve never used nitrous on a stock bottom end so I am a little nervous I was told a 100 shot would be just fine but I dont know. I think it will be fun yeah.

 

Upgrade your fuel pump and it will hold 125shot on a stock bottom end with no problem provided the motor is in good shape.

Sorry almost forgot your question. I only have a 100 shot on it now. Motor is a LT4 with Dart Pro1 heads on it. CC503 cam w/ 1.6's edlebrock air gap with a twin 58mm tb. 6spd w/ 342 gear. 2700 miles on it.

275 shot? Come on. Try 150 shot.

Stretched a timing chain, little valve float, and number 6 exhaust valve into the piston. Went 7.312 @ 95mph on the old motor. This motor should easily turn 6.5 if I don't spit the rearend out of it. However thats racing and if it goes I'll be ordering a new one on Monday.
