I was about to say... A $20K built supercharged flathead would only make 500hp if they were using summit racings crate motor rating system You know, the one where you buy a GM 350 "350hp" motor and put in a car and it dynos at 140whp

I think the flathead is cool, just like a 2-stroke is cool. Or a rotaty is... Well, I won't go that far Neat, but time and motor tech is light years beyond it. If this car wasn't built for speed, I'd be all about a flathead in it for sure.

What a build... He maybe should have used a ford serra motor though, but I guess being swedish and all, nothing wrong with the sweet volvo motor.
