Twisted Wedge heads do not have a specific rocker requirment..... Any 3/8 stud mount for a SBF will work fine..... I have had a couple sets of these heads in the past and used Comp Pro Magnum and Scorpions on them with no issues..... The only thing you need to make sure of is that you have the correct pushrod length.....
