But there is no way it would raise the fuel pressure like that. I am going to disconnect the return line tomorrow and blow air through it to see if there is a restriction. Any more input gladly appreciated

Is it building pressure in the fuel tank for some reason? Blocked vent line from the tank. (grabbing for straws)

I know the return line is not completey blocked because when I take it by the tank it is full of fuel

Tomorrow I am just going to disconnnect the retun by the motor put it in a bucket and crank it up and see where the pressure is

take it off the rail and make your own and dump it in a bucket.....start it up and check the fp
