Getting back into a stang
I'm looking at a 99 cobra with 56k miles on it and it's bone stock. The guy wants 10,900 for it and from what I've seen it looks pretty much spotless. Is this a good deal or just kinda eehh?
For a 99 with that mileage thats a pretty good price.
Its only worth what your willing to pay for it. I have seen cars that I'm like meh,.. and tried to get the price jewed down as low as I could go. Then I have come across cars that I simply had to have and was willing to pay $5k more then what he was asking in order to get it.
If your buying it with the intention of reselling it later,.. then be concerned about the price. If your buying a car to keep for years and years,.. then how can you put a price on that?

That is a good price for a car like that however, in 99 I believe they had a recall on the cobras because they werent putting out the advertised power they had. I would see if it has had the recall work done.
Edit. Looked it up, according to how stuff works the manifold had excess casting flash and the mufflers were too restrictive sometimes causing losses of up to 30 hp. There should be a decal somewhere in the engine compartment denoting that it was fixed.
