With the one wheel peel on my Mustang I ran a 1.62 60ft. time. I am sure it would have helped to have both working but it did not effect it much.
Now I have a Auburn Pro. I have only been to the track once with it and did not launch it hard because I wanted to break it in. So I cant tell you yet what the difference will be.

Running radials or slicks ?
With radials that is probably about right because the 4.10 is probably making you spin bad down low.
With slicks you are way off. And way off is only .3 or so in the 60ft.. Should be at least into the 1.9s with slicks.

1.64 was my average with my old stock suspension + Southside Bars.
I just put in a completely new drag suspension a few weeks ago and I have not had the chance to let it rip full force yet. I did some easy (break-in) passes last Thursday and was getting 1.76s at night which was o.k. I guess.
I would not have changed out the old suspension stuff but the rear floorboards were starting to tear away from the frame and I was starting to get flex marks above my rear quarter windows. So I finally just bit the bullet and went with the entire drag suspension set-up.
I am looking to put the hammer to it this Sunday !
:oh:
I will let you know how it goes.

What’s under the hood of this frame-bending machine if you don’t mind me asking? Also are you going to be out at the track with Mike on Sunday if so I’ll be able to finally meet you two.

The original set-up on my car (when it was still e.f.i.) was a lot of the good Mustang e.f.i. pieces and a 125 shot of juice on the bone stock short block. 1.64s 60ft. with a 3.55 gear all day ! Would have liked to have seen it with a 4.10 gear.
Now it is has the same short block plus a mild cam good set of heads intake and a 650 carb.. No power adders no real high dollar trick stuff and it went a mid 12 spinning my crappy radials.
I have not had the chance to dial it in and let er rip on the new suspension and slicks yet. But I am looking to do that this Sunday. I should be back to what I was running before without the help of the bottle. I am happy with it for the little amount of money I have in it.
See you Sunday ?
