I just got my crane regrinds what do you have to do to be able to install the cams anything special and were do the lash cap go Im just ignorant with this subject thanks in advance Carlos

i am not proficant in a cam install. I just wanted to ask if you have the specs of you cam?
Also someone told me your motor blow up was that true?

 

The cam specs are 550lift 217duration @.50 yes my motor blew up and a new one is going to be going in within the next couple of weeks

 

sticking with a mod motor or moving on to bigger and better things?

 

Im sticking with the Mod Motor it will have all forged internals should be done in the next couple of weeks I contemplated the idea with a 347 engine but it just would not look right in my car in my opinion.

 

good to hear that you will be getting the car back soon. I assume you are putting the blower back on it being you kept the same motor. I remeber talking to you the day after you had it put on at Idle Wilds dyno day over at Tune Tech. Steve was telling me about your motor it made me nervous because I was putting more boost into my car then you were and pulling more power. Oh well Build it Race it Break it Fix it. Hope to see you out some time when you have it all dailed in.

 

Oh ok I remember you you were dissapointed when you had it dynoso did you get it tune and how much boost are you running what type of numbers are you putting down to the rear wheels.
