well---the 4.6 are a bitch to degre from what i heard cuz they have 2 cams and they both have to be degreed but besides that i THINK they are the same as any other cams---asides from the sprocket---they should be asier to put in too you shouldnt have to take out the radiatoir or front end or anything like that---all i know is the cams mains have to be kept in the same spot if you mix them up it will make the clearences out of whack--and the cam will wear----as far as a lash cap i have no clue......
