Default color of paint under the fenders when removed?

does the paint under the fenders, unibody, floor pans are they suppose to match the ext color? My ext color looks more metallic while the floors look flat. My concern is that I removed my fender and used a Ford med engine grey color. But it doesnt match right where the hinges go so I'm thinking is the whole car the same color. Including the rad support?

yes but only the exterior is cleared which will make it appear metallicized
