yeah--about that much or less----but if you run a wet kit youll want a purge valve too----you only need a 190lph pump for your setup---190lph will support over 400hp easily---

Dont forget a better fuel regulator and a set of colder plugs.
yeah you wil want some colder plugs too----the fuel pres. reg. isnt a neccesity but is a very good thing to have if you want to tune your system right....

about the cams---the shm cams i have heard of people lossing 20+hp from them. i have heard some horor stories about dealing with him as well most guys that do a cam swap for a 98- will put a 99+ cam in that is what steeda is doing with all of there cars. or you can take your current cam and send it out to comp cams and give them your set up and they will do a costum regrind i like that option beacuse they will build it to how you want it i.g. the crazy idle you hear with a cam or for a s/c application. i also heard that jms is doing the same thing but dont know anyone that has had it done through them so i couldnt tell you.

all a camshaft does is open and lose the valves---there is what is called lift and duration of the cam lobe(the part that pushes the valve open)----lift is how high the valve opens and duration is how long the valve stays open----
that is why you need better heads and such with a larger cam-----if a cam stays open longer or opens more to let more air in----you have to have a head that will let that extra air in as well------

about the fuel pump if you go to big you will have crazy tuning issues because the computer sends all crazy codes to the pump creating major problems. trust me i can tell you all about that.

this is very true too---alot of people that run big fuel pumps also run a boost a pump so they can turn the pump down while normally driving--and turn it up when you want to race.....
