tps adjustment ?
Wobble out the screw holes with a drill to get a little more movement out of it. Actually, any reading you can get between about .94v and .99 v is good because the EEC takes a reading at Key On and uses that value as closed throttle and applies that offset to all it's calculations.

to add to that...please correct me if I'm wrong but I was told that the ECU sees any thing from like .94-.99 as the same value?
Well, yeah, it sees that value as RATCH or the lowest TPS voltage reading since the key was turned on. To enter PT or WOT, the TPS voltage must excede the voltage setting for part throttle + RATCH and min TPS voltage for WOT + RATCH respectively. It also comes into play in calculating accel enrichment.

Ehhh, me either.
It just means to set the TPS anywhere between .94 and .99 volts and you'll be OK. I usually shoot for .96 volts. If you set it too close to 1.0 and it wanders around too much, like it tends to do, it can possibly mess with your idle if it bounces above 1.0 volts
