Tried removing the gas cap when the issue happened and I didn't hear any hissing or anything, it still plays hell restarting I have an audio clip on my phone of what it does. I'll let you guys listen maybe someone has heard the noise before lolz.
It's not the greatest audio clip but you can hear how fast she turns over and how hard it is to start , like I said it will start on the first keycycle, takes a few seconds, but on the second key cycle just drops out lol...

Got another idea...maybe the injectors are leaking down. gonna check the pressure and see if she hold pressure when hot, because when the car does restart I get a nice puff of black smoke..

I have an 86 gt and I had the same problem after a rebuild. It was a combination of timing, to much fuel pressure and throttle butterfly adjustment (idle) that got it to act normal. I also had the black smoke after getting it started. sensers are a pain in the ass but it runs nice now, probably could use a professional tune though. check your tps voltage as well, mine likes about .85v-.90v with engine off and about 38lbs of pressure on the fuel rail. just my .02

That's exactly where my TPS voltage and fuel pressure is at. I double checked the timing and it's at 10 degrees as it's supposed to be. At idle the PCM has it at about 15-18 degrees it looks like. The idle speed is set at about 1k RPM atm when it was set lower I couldnt get it to restart at all when hot. I'll keep digging at it, probably something simple .
