How much on stock bottom end

Default How much on stock bottom end

So Iam looking at getting a 04 Lightning and plan out I wanted to know how much can the stock bottom end take on the 04 Lightning and on the block,just wanted to know,if you can help that would be greatly appreciated.

Stock rods suck,a stock bottom end 450-500 and will be a time bomb.Stock blocks can handle pretty good power but have problems with bore distorsion on high hp applications,most go to the GT40/Ford gt aluminum blocks.

So getting a smaller pulley or swapping out the blower,not a good idea on stock bottom end? I gess thats what Iam taking from this

i would pulley and bolt ons and u would make 4xxwhp . then build the motor and put a kb on it ... but 450whp 500whp is max on stock motors.
