FYI, As I understand it - codes automatically clear themselves after X number of cold starts as long as the condition no longer exists. The fact that you say the codes have been in there for so long tells me that you've likely had an intermittent problem for a while and it finally failed 100%.

Clear the codes then check again after a couple of drives. Bet you see them again.
