94/95 would be black for sure, I think the later years or 99+ became the charcoal color. Im not fond of the v6 seats, too flat. I did sit in some 97 gt sits once that were nice and had decent bolstering. Im an odd person though, I actually did like my 92 lx seats

i like fox seats better too, its just too hard to find them in good condition still these days without reupholstering them.
