Hijack...have you tried out Clint's new BE yet? If so, how's the datalogging working out? My 2.3T project is on stall right now. I let a client talk me out of the car I was going to put it in. Now I have tons of parts and no car.

 

I take it you're referring to Clint's lastest version of BE which is 2.3. I did try it and had no luck with it. Back to the drawing board for me. Just when I get everything working great he had to change it all.

At the moment everyone needs to use version 2.2.8 for the 2.3 eec-iv.

So you are install a A/F gauge for a nice light show?

 

^ no it was to help me work out the bugs. now i just need a fuel pressure gage to confirm my thought of whats needed next. and if what i think is true then i will be in the market for a bigger fuel pump. but what i dont get is that the 2.3 lx and the 5.0 lx uses the same stock fuel pump. GT has a diffrent part number though. so what size is the stock fuel pump on the 5.0?

 

It's just going to jump back and forth unless you get a wideband.
