Default fox convertible stiffening options

looking for any previous experiences w/ stiffening up a 89 vert, w/o going with a cage. I have always wanted one of these cars as a nice strong driver, but the cowl shake and flex is aggrevating.

frame connectors are a must have on any fox, but will the strut bar help the cowl shake?

For certain, the subframes. Another thing that you could look into is doing one of the strut bars that fasten to the firewall and then to both strut towers I think they're like $149 give or take the last time I saw them...

I'd buy Tommy's

turbofabworks car. I like the simple rear shock brace he fabbed up. Simple yet effective. I think Tiffany (John) has one similar on his vert as well. Someone sells some K-member braces that replaces the factory ones that triangulates that area also.
