Default Who locally deals with torque converters

Im not sure if this is in the right spot but I am hoping to find someone local to make me a 3500 rpm stall converter. It is going in a I6 bellhousing and will be mated with a V8 C4 transmission. The I6 one works however noone makes on with a higher stall than stock. The I6 converter has the starter ring gear welded on the converter so you cant use a v8 converter. Anyone know of anywhere that can modify the stall speed of a converter or possibly make one? I have gotten some pretty interesting prices, but I know it can be done, and fairly cheaply (someone has put ranger internals in an I6 converter to give it a 3500 rpm stall). Thanks, Tommy

I bought my PTC converter through n8secstangg and I'm VERY happy with the purchase thus far. PTC is an awesome company and their prices aren't terrible and Chad is a great businessman to deal with. Its worth shooting him a PM.
