Need a good "regular" mechanic for a 95' Explorer
Looking for a good mechanic local to clearwater or dunedin for a 1995 Explorer. A friend of mine is having problems with hers but has no clue where to take it. Most the shops i know of are performance shops listed on the sticky above. Thanks for any help beforehand.

+1 for Dave and the guys at Genium Performance.
They are a top notch and 100% legit shop. He is the most honest and up front business man I know. He wont screw you or be doing drugs while he is workin on your car like some other shops in this area seem to have a reputation for.
And yes he does do regular maintenance. He just turned my front rotors and replaced my brake pads the other week on my F150. And just yesterday he worked on my brothers 1990 toyota camry and replaced the struts and cv joints...so he prefers performance work but he never will turn work away!

91Notch has been doing a lot of good things for a lot of people on TR, and I met him at SunShine a few weeks back. Really nice dood, honest and fair. Admits his car is slower than some of his customers
