Temp of a Automatic C4 trans???

Ohh and Steve, was that cooler on a DD?? Mine isnt a DD but now that things are getting fixed and the car is about done Id say Id be driving it MAYBE like 80 - 100 miles a month IF that....

if you get a b&m cooler,,,, DON'T mount it dirrectly infront of the radiator... great cooler, but look at the fins and you'll understand why...

no it was on my coupe, that was not a dd. i had plans to put a t-brake on it, which generates tons of heat. also it had a 4500 stall. Not a d/d, but i could drive it where ever i wanted and heat was never a problem

lets say you tow the car to the track, make a pass, heat the trans up to say 275, let it sit, then heat it to 300.

do you want a little small cooler?

damn even with just one cooler my trans got to maybe 230 at its highest
