Default Temp of a Automatic C4 trans???

Ok, I wanna know what the normal operating temp of a C4 is? Don't know if this matters but Its got a 3600 3800 stall converter, what should it be under NORMAL use, not beating up on it?

EDIT : Also should mention I got the transcooler in front of a aluminum rad, dont know if that matters either

.....Thanks

Did you put a C-4 in your Capri? To answer your question not sure? If it starts to flair between shifts, let it cool off!

Steve: Yeah this trans cooler is like 12"x18" approx. It doesnt have a fan just for the trans cooler but its in front of the rad and I have the 94-95 style fan and shroud. What kind of cooler did you have?? I wanna keep this bad boy as cool as possible. So if I gotta buy a new better cooler I will.... Thanks

mike,

i had a permacool, i used to have a pic of it in my gallery, but some asshole went through my gallery and now i only have about 1/3 of my images.

here it is on summit

Perma-Cool 12311 - Perma-Cool Maxi-Cool Six Pass Fluid Coolers - summitracing.com

it had nice npt thread so i made trans cooler lines out of braided hoses, much better than rubber.
