My cousin has a 97 cobra, a/c compressor clutch locked up, stalled his engine, took the clutch off to drive to a parts store, got a replacement clutch kit.

He pulled the clutch off, replaced the coil, and the clutch, and seemed to have the right clearance, and now it won't come on. It's pretty tight down there, but i couldn't get my testlight to come on, so i'm thinking its not getting power, the a/c fuse is good. Any idea's on where he should go from here?
