Default Cruise control Not Working

My horn and cruise control stop working at the same time. I checked all fuse's can not figure out what is wrong. Anyone have any ideals? 99 f350 4x4 super duty.

faulty clockspring????

But that would usually throw a check air bag light. But if the air back is still in working order and you only lost the horn and cruise that maybe why no light came on.

If its not a fuse I put my money on the clockspring. Willing to bet the air bag code will be squib circuit one open.

I agree I will order one and replace it. I was told I need to undo the battery for lest hour before I starting taking it apart?

They say you should. But I have replaced a shit load of these things and I never have. But being your first time I would recommend it.
