cobra vs. gt
ya pretty easy. It has something to do w/ the thermostat on the car. For some reason the fan wouldnt kick on when temp reached 192. Its not bad to the point u have to change the whole radiator. Just the stat and I think an adjustment on the EEC. correct guys if Im wrong. -Mark

The trannys are about the same strength as the ol T-5. But what I like about the t-45 is the gear ratio. First is 3.37 which pulls hard if u have a 4.10 gear or higher. But on the other side they do have alum shift forks. I wouldnt speedshift a t-45 eventually it will break. Put a aftermarket shifter w/ shift stops and the tranny will last longer. I have had no probs with mine and I have been going to the track for about 2 years. If u shift fast but dont powershift u should be fine. Mark

the nice cobras are yes the 98 models but the 94 was a bad ass. i knew this one guy with one and it was dynoed at 450+ to the rears with naturally aspirated parts and he had to use race gas as his fuel not pump and it was his daily driver as well. that sucks.
