if you want some light wheels go with Steeda Utra-Lite wheels teh 17x9s are about 20lbs...and look just like the cobra wheels execpt you have to buy the cobra center cap

you should get a 4:88 gear an 8 grand stall novie 3000 with 21 psi and stay with gscs so that you can spin the tires in 5th gear. but if you dont have the money get a pro 5.0 shifter and a 3.73

You can do 3.73 gear exhaust pullies cold air/k&n and shifter for around a grand. Thats what I would start off with if I were you. I wouldnt go much farther than that considering your 16 and will probably total it in the next 6 mo. J/K
