FYI - Freebee. You can write a letter asking for an extension due to financial hardship and they usually will give you one. You should call the office to ask them who to write it to.

More FYI - freebe If you contest it, and go to court, you can ask the judge to "with hold the points". They USUALLY do it especially if it's your first ticket. They will undoubtedly ask the officer. Assuming he shows up. They usually do, but if the officer DOESN'T show, you can get off usually.
