First gear lockout?
In the Tremec 3650 manual transmission, is it possible to down shift from 5th gear to 1st gear on the interstate, traveling at speeds of around 55 or 60 miles per hour? I know there is a lockout, but can it be defeated if you force the shifter? Think worst case scenario here, is it possible?

I'd say no, but thats just my op.

Yeah, you can shift from 5th to 1st....then you'll fly out of your car through your windshield

Guys, for chrissake, I'm not asking if you want to, or why wouldn't you do this instead.
The question is simple, is it possible to defeat, accidentally or otherwise, the 1st gear lockout on that transmission.
