The difference between 91-94 Explorers and Rangers of the same years have no difference whatsoever except the 4.0L rangers had an engine dampener. I think i made the mistake of bringing it out of the archives by my curiousity in 5.0 Ranger conversions. I Have a 4L 91 explorer and im trying to decide whether to stay with the 4L V6 or the 5L V8. I am hesitant about the 5.0L swap because of the electrical system changes and just wanted to hear what people had to say about it. And also just wanted to get some resources on it.
